Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Many found the rooms to be clean and appreciated the daily housekeeping. However, there are mixed reviews about the service: while some staff members are described as friendly and helpful, others are seen as unprofessional or lacking English proficiency. Cleanliness is generally good, though a few guests noted issues like cigarette odors or pests. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Noise can be a problem due to poor soundproofing and ongoing renovations.
