Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviewers highlighting specific employees for their exceptional service. Many found the hotel to be a convenient base for exploring the city, close to public transport and amenities. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue in some reviews, with complaints about infrequent housekeeping and dirty rooms. Opinions on breakfast were mixed, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it repetitive or lacking in variety. Noise from the surrounding area and neighboring rooms was also mentioned as a negative by several guests. Overall, the positive experiences with staff and location often outweighed the negatives for many visitors.
