Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and poor hygiene standards. Service was also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or rude staff and unresolved issues. While the location is central and close to amenities, it is difficult to access by car and suffers from high noise levels. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others unimpressed. Overall, negative experiences with cleanliness, service, and noise overshadowed the hotel's few positive aspects.
