Pros (+) location is perfect for early morning flight Decor is pleasant
Cons (-) Roaches in the tub drain and the A/C made loud noises at 4 AM waking us up. Desk clerk told us renovation is just beginning, starting on our floor.
Pros (+) Wasn't as clean as we would like. I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel. Breakfast and staff were great. That would be the only reason to stay here again.
Cons (-) Older then expected, small bathroom, loud AC unit, noisy area, broken pack n play and wasn't in our room like we asked.
Pros (+) It served its purpose but there was nothing special about it.
Cons (-) Breakfast was mediocre. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable and couldn't answer questions regarding transportation to the cruise port despite 90% of the people staying there were going on the cruise.
