Pros (+) I love how this place covers everything for you in an affordable way. It's location isn't great - through no fault of its own - but they make up for it with in house food, shuttles and more. I would definitely recommend it! Can't forget the staff either, they've been super friendly and kind. When we got off our cruise several hours early they let us check in early and ensured we were comfortable. ...
Cons (-) There's no sidewalks in the area really, so if you travel by shuttle and/or don't have a reliable mode of transportation you may have trouble getting around on foot. Thankfully the Hyatt has you covered with shuttles!

Pros (+) My boyfriend and I stayed Sunday night (9/4). The staff was awesome. The room was even better. But the bed. The bed was the best yet. The room we had is kind of separated by a half wall. The couch was comfortable enough for both of us to lounge and watch TV, something we never do in hotels. It was a really nice evening. We both slept like the dead all night which was great and breakfast was awesom...

Pros (+) The room was updated and very clean. I really appreciated the room design with the extra sitting area. The breakfast was beautiful prepared and the cooking staff was sweet and funny.. I was a very late arrival and the front desk lady greeted me and made me feel welcomed and safe
