Pros (+) The staff were very welcoming and supportive. My waiter had even gone to the trouble to put my name in the milk at the top of the coffee at breakfast. The computer technician and the A.C. engineers came promptly to solve my problems and answer questions.
Cons (-) The swimming pool was disappointing as it was small and crowded - mainly with children. The sauna and steam rooms did not seem to be working at first but the situation was rectified.
