Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests were impressed by the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, heritage feel, and convenient location, with many appreciating the well-maintained property and royal vibe. However, service quality was a significant concern, with repeated mentions of slow, understaffed, or unresponsive staff, and some guests experienced issues with room service and professionalism. Breakfast quality and variety were also frequently criticized, falling short of expectations for a hotel in this category. Cleanliness generally received positive feedback, though a few guests noted isolated issues. Overall, while the ambiance and location were highlights, service and breakfast left many guests disappointed.
