Pros (+) Clean room and clean hotel overall.
Cons (-) Room was on the first floor right beside the steps, an outside door that slammed shut really hard, and an elevator. The hotel is right next to a gas station, which is nice but not when very large commercial trucks are idling outside at all hours of the morning.
