Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Juneau's attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many also appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, as well as the unique, historic atmosphere and decor. However, a significant number of reviews mention excessive noise from the bar and surrounding areas, especially at night, which disrupts sleep. Cleanliness and maintenance issues are also reported, with several guests describing the rooms and facilities as outdated or in need of refurbishment. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's charm, character, and prime location are consistently highlighted as positives.AI-generated from customer reviews
