Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to downtown, the airport, and local attractions. Many appreciated the in-room amenities, particularly the washer and dryer, as well as the spacious accommodations. While some guests noted that the hotel is dated and could use updates, and there were occasional concerns about cleanliness and service, most found the rooms comfortable and the staff generally helpful. The shuttle service and parking were also highlighted as positives, though a few experienced issues with shuttle scheduling or staff attentiveness. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location, amenities, and comfort, despite some areas for improvement.
