Fabulous location, very neat transport, shopping and food. Very clean and elegant room. Good size and comfortable.
Although it was a non smoking room, you could still smell smoke, an in the elevator too.

Very central and near a large Tenmonkan shopping complex. It is also situated in the midst of streets of eatery. Nearly 500+. Hotel guests given 50% off car parking

The rooms were extremely small for the price. The rooms and the hallways smelled like smoke, the bathroom smelled like urine. The staff did nothing to help. Based on the fact that they did not speak very good English they pretended not to understand at all. When we needed a cab to the airport they did not help or want to. Do not recommend at all.
