Cons (-) Remote control was wrapped in plastic, had hd tv but they didn't spring for had channels, couch dirty

Cons (-) No ice machine apparent on second floor. Slow clogged sink. in kitchenette Shower curtain too short and missing magnets.
Pros (+) Very convenient location to where we were visiting friends, restaurants, stores
Cons (-) Bedding was dirty. Received dirty washcloths from housekeeping (looked like cleaning rags). Left our brand new phone charger in the room after checkout and nobody from housekeeping turned it in.

Pros (+) Room was large and we needed the pull out couch.
Cons (-) Room was not very clean, shower didn't work (dribbled out and made horrible screeching noise when turned to hot.) Metal trim on headboard was hanging off, nasty. Pool was small and hot tub was disgusting, seats covered in yellow grime.
