Pros (+) Beautiful hotel with unique rooms and great location to downtown/Power & Light. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel but were able to walk to dinner in the evening. Great service too!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and convenient location, especially for events and concerts. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though a few noted inconsistent service or issues with specific staff members. Some guests enjoyed the amenities and the quiet atmosphere, while others mentioned problems with room temperature, noise from nearby venues, or maintenance issues such as elevator outages. Value for price and extra charges for basic services like Wi-Fi were points of criticism for some. Overall, the hotel is seen as clean, well-located, and generally comfortable, with some room for improvement in service consistency and amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
