Pros (+) Flexibility and courteousness of the staff. Location to airport and easy cab ride to meatpacking district. Glad they had individual oscillating fans to lend to guests on a very warm evening to make for a comfortable stay as possible.

Pros (+) Very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
Cons (-) Room too hot. Window opens only slightly, and right next to noisy, brightly lit road. To cool the room I had to open the window, and suffered from noise and light. Bed sags somewhat in middle. Pillow was lumpy, and no extra pillow. Duvet was too warm, but there was no alternative (no top sheet, no light blanket). In short, this was the worst sleeping experience I've had at a hotel in years.
