Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several mentioning efficient service and accommodating behavior. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. Noise from nearby nightlife and the surrounding area was also a common concern, affecting the quality of sleep for some guests. Opinions on value for price were mixed, with some guests feeling the hotel met basic needs for the cost, while others felt overcharged or dissatisfied with what they received.
