Cons: Should allow guests to make local calls from phone in room.
6.5 Good
Pros: Very convient for Heathrow. Can access via Heathrow Express or directly from T4
Cons: No wifi for over 24hrs. No luggage trolleys so had to carry 6 bags back to the airport. 10min walk uphill in parts

9.1 Excellent
Pros: My request for a room on a high floor away from elevators was honoured. Staff were very pleasant.
Cons: A couple more coffee pouches -- one cup each on arrival and one each in the a.m. would be nice.
4.2 Okay
Pros: It was a regular hotel room, no frills
Cons: Food at the grill was not that good, WiFi didn't work and there was a dirty towel in my bathroom.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room request was honoured. Room was clean and comfortable as well as being very quiet. We had drinks at the bar where there was a pleasant ambiance and reasonable prices. Very well located for access to Terminal 4.
Cons: A couple more coffee pouches.

Pros: The staff are very polite and helpful. They changed my room when I needed it and fixed a couple of other issues
Cons: Be advised, some booking sites require payment on arrival. This was booked by my company. Thankfully I had cash but they did not take Malaysian Ringgit (hotel is looking in to this as they're at T4). Be aware there are limitations on how you can pay on arrival. Card, GBP sterling and only a few foreign currencies.

Cons: The internal rooms are dark
9.7 Excellent
Pros: upgraded. large king room. easy parkinf
Cons: location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location in Terminal 5 could not be more convenient (I had heavy luggage) and I actually liked it better than hotels you reach via shuttle bus. There was a little confusion over my reservation, pretty quickly resolved but they were very nice and upgraded my room. I had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both good, breakfast buffet really varied and yummy looking, beyond the usual.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is such a great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion. As soon as we arrived the staff helped with our bags and we even got an upgrade to a king sized bed. The room was very clean and accommodating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ideal for early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Did not use it but BA check-in & bag drop would be very convenient if travelling with hold baggage.
Cons: Not a lot!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Sofitel is not a cheap option, but after a long haul flight it’s great to have the hotel right at the terminal. Fabulous breakfast and great soundproofing sets you up ready for the next leg of your travels.
Cons: My case was delayed so I would have liked extra touches expected in a higher end hotel. A bathrobe and toothbrush, comb and hair conditioner would have been nice. Also we were made to queue on checking in as we got stuck behind a plane full of people whose flight had been cancelled. We had a confirmed booking so it would have been appreciated if we could have checked straight in. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and concierge the following day. I think we were unlucky with a bad patch at check in.
7.7 Good
Pros: Convenient location with the tube just a stone's throw away. Staff are really polite. Place is clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and had plenty of options for gluten free and dairy free.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Excels at the two things you need most from a hotel:comfy beds with top quality duvets and pillows, and a roomy, hot powerful shower.
Cons: Decor was bland and unimaginative. While the restaurant was excellent, it didn’t justify the silly price it charged.

Cons: We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nada
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Needed update
4.8 Okay
Pros: The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Cons: Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and really friendly throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The interactive text help service is. A really good idea and helps when you have those little questions you need an answer too.
Cons: I didn't like that the bath wasn't clean, there were hairs in it and dirty marks on the sides of the bath.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I need back my $
Cons: Back $ pls
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat. A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage.
Cons: Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good.
Cons: Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good

Pros: Location is close to the airport and very nice inside. Did not try the restaurant as there is a really nice pub just around the corner. Better value for the money and the food is good.
Cons: A la carte pricing for everything. Feel like they will nickel and dime you if you are not paying attention.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, suitable for work and rest, excellent facilities, good food, the gym and pool was an extra added joy!
Cons: Would have preferred a small fridge in the room instead of a tiller.
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Yotel Air London Heathrow (Landside) in Hounslow (Hillingdon), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Griffin Park Stadium and Twickenham Stoop.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.
Cons: It is small! So do not be surprised, but if you have more than one person get a larger room than the standard
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right inside Heathrow, which was very convenient for my eleven hour layover and early morning connecting flight. I loved the clever use of space. Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for my needs.
Cons: I loved the small size, but I also had seen photos online and knew what I was getting into. This is a micro hotel room, which might not suit some travelers.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very convenient for next morning flight. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.
Cons: Extremely small and only adequate. Can be a little noisy at night.

4.0 Okay
Cons: First, this is not a hotel, it's a bed and breakfast. Second, no taxi's know where it is and we got literally robbed by the taxi driver. Third, we had a private bathroom, but it was located on another floor. You have to walk down tiny steps that are very steep in the middle of the night if you need to use the bathroom. I was traveling with my elderly parents, the stairs were extremely dangerous and the owner did not care. He treated me as though I was just complaining rather than that I had real concerns about my parents walking up and down 3 flights of very steep small stairs. In the end, he cared more about money than safety.
6.0 Good
Pros: Excellent English breakfast!!
Cons:
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: Initially we were put into a room for three which didn't have its own bathroom. The shared bathroom was one floor down. Don't expect a buffet breakfast; it's made personally by the owner and is nothing notable. In one instance we received moldy bread as toast. Apparently the "hotel" was an abandoned three storey house that was bought for little and converted into a B&B. The taxi driver that delivered us confirmed that he remembers the house being vacant for a long time previously. It is in a residential neighborhood undergoing gentrification. Aside from the bathrooms, it seems that little was done other than a fresh painting, to bring the house into it's present state. This should be classified as a B&B with no stars.
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and the owner very personable, the room was very comfortable and the entire place had a pleasant and individual style to it often missing from other hotels. The en-suite bathroom was well appointed and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It also has a very nice, private garden.
Cons: There was a radio-alarm clock in my room that wasn't plugged in and had no instructions for how to use it if you did. There was also another clock but this had no battery in it. If they just hadn't been there this wouldn't have been an issue, but having a clock that doesn't work is utterly pointless!
4.7 Okay
Pros: The reasons I've chosen this hotel are-proximity to Heathrow airport and bed with canopy. I liked also the full english breakfast prepared by the owner of the hotel himself.
Cons: The room was tiny and bathroom was really awful, it looked like a gym shower despite the room was allegedly a honemoon suit.
7.2 Good
Pros: Proximity to Heathrow, good breakfast, good quality linen in bedroom
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful room. Best full English breakfast we ever had. The pot of tea offered to us when we arrived was really appreciated after a busy day of touring. Free parking is a plus. Proximity to Heathrow was great. Proximity to eating establishments within walking distance was good.
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Manager, Dean was an excellent host. The hotel was well presented & the room was clean, comfortable & the faciliities were excellent. The hotel is only 130m from the Feltham train station so is in a brilliant location to get to London city & Heathrow Airport. There is also a bus service just up the road that runs every 10 min to Heathrow. All in all a great stay.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Dean was a pleasant host. The place was fantastic and clean. I hope I get stuck in London again so I can stay at the Ambassador one more time.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: Informality, very comfortable, very friendly. The owner has taken a lot of time and put thought in to the overall design and feel of the place. Each room is individual.
Cons: Maybe a bit over-priced for where it is and for local amenities available.

Pros: Easy check in.rooms great.atmosphere good.
Cons: No kettle or tea making facility.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cool room decor
Cons: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.
