Very poor service. I requested for room cleaning at 11am before we go out and when we came back at night around 11pm i noticed they never cleaned up my room. Bathroom shower had no door and water was all over the place in washroom floor. I never go back to this hotel brand again.

Pros (+) I called 40 minutes after their 24 hour deadline to cancel and they wouldn't refund. They were not heavily booked and it was off season and it was only for one night. A simple courtesey could have gone a long way, but now I doubt I'll ever stay at a best western.
