Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are very mixed. Many guests strongly praise the friendly and helpful staff, the tranquil and green setting, and the peaceful atmosphere, with several guests enjoying the pool and breakfast. However, a significant number of reviews complain about poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, dirty or faulty pools, and issues with the rooms such as bad smells, bugs, and broken facilities. The breakfast and location receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed. Overall, while the service and ambiance are appreciated, cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns.
