Pros (+) I loved the price and location. I needed a place to stay for the Outer Banks Marathon and this was right in the middle of the start and finish line.
Cons (-) There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor (top floor) so make sure to pack accordingly.

Pros (+) Very lose to the beach but what isn't in that area. One person at the desk but she was very helpful and nice. No elevator so keep that in mind but also only 3 stories. If you need a place to sleep near some civilization then this will do it and then some. Will give you what you need for each visit.
Cons (-) I felt like the price was high for what you get.
