Pros: The activities was ok.

Cons: The food and drinks variety was not that good. The internet was too bad. The room clean is bad.

Pros: Of course it isn`t 5-stars hotel but to be honest it doesn`t cost like 5-stars hotel. Just normal to stay a few days. Very good music in the evening and at the disco.

Cons: Very bad choice of drinks. Awful cleanness in the restaurant and bars. Worthless work of waiters (in the restaurant) and guest relation section.

Pros: Perfect service, we stayed in select villas and it was magnificent. Friendly stuff, great food, perfect area with private pool. Will come again next year.

Cons: Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life .. We have stayed in so many hotels This hotel is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in ... the service is super BAD .. staff are impolite , unprofessional , not willing to do any effort to help , and above all they are LIARS .. and nobody speaks English !!! The air conditioning is so loud that you can’t sleep at night , the mini bar service people are so impolite ... we reserved a fishing boat from the hotel .. once we got there at 6 am as agreed nobody was there ... the hotel ordered for us a taxi to the airport .. the taxi was not there and never showed up .. we were about to miss our flight .. the receptionist was so angry on us he said that he didn’t know anything about it and not even willing to help .. the elevators don’t work all the time .. we had to carry our heavy Luguage down all the stairs because the elevators were not working .. this is definitely not a 5 star hotel as stated !!!!!

Pros: The facilities are amazing Activities all day and until late night Entertaining Waterslides and theme park are amazing Breakfast lunch and dinner are of high quality ,Amazing catering team to serve huge number of guests

Cons: English is not widely spoken Check in was complex and hotel doesnt respond to emails to sort out any problem with booking prior to arrival

Pros: The Resort is fantastic, I enjoyed with my family our vacation in this great Resort, it is one of the best, the staff are amazing, friendly and very cooperative especially the staff of the Restaurants. Special thanks to Mr. Efdal who provided all his support before, during and after our stay. I strongly recommend everyone travelling to Antalya region for vacation to stay in this Resort.

Pros: Love the food and its preparation. Love the general layout of the property. It was built with great thought for everyone to be comfortable. The entertainment teams were excellent and good at what they did.

Cons: There was a particular bartender (Kenan) who served Russians only. I was left standing at the bar for very long periods whilst persons arriving after me were being served. I would then be served by another bartender, but certainly not by KENAN. This behaviour happened daily and I think is a sore point for the hotel. Would not recommend to my friends for this reason because I think it is critical.

Pros: First of all, they were really generous with me and gave me the one of the best views in the resort and decorated with fantastic honeymoon decorations (my booking was standard room). Live views are much better than pictures, I was stoned with green forests and the variety of trees. Stayed for 4 nights but regretted that I didn’t book it longer time. Staff are great smiley and helpful they really listen to you and try their best to help you.

Cons: Generally food was good but they can do better quality rather than variety. They need to work on their English speakers for customer service. However, I didn’t struggle at all.

Pros: We are very pleased with our vacation, we stayed there with an infant. Had some internal questions, but they were quickly solved by Efdal, who was very attentive and caring. Other then that the food is amazing, the beach is nice, the territory is beautiful! And , what was important for us , its not that noisy. We stayed from 9-23 June. We will definitely come again :) Thank you !

Pros: Waiting staff nice and attentive. Food and drink nice and plenty choice. Nice surroundings and grounds well maintained. Good location. Nice clean hotel and swimming pools. Well done to the staff for doing a good job.

Cons: Although myself and my family were happy with our stay, there remains a few elements I'm unhappy with. I specifically requested a room with a jacuzzi/spa which I got. However, the jets did not work which i was extremely disappointed about. I have a muscle condition which has been causing me a great deal of pain. The jacuzzi would have helped this had it been working. I reported to reception but nothing was done. The room itself is nice, but is in need of modernisation. I reported to reception numerous wasps in my room. Nothing was done. I had to kill the wasps myself for fear my children would be stung. Possible wasps nest on roof outside my room door. Couldn't use balcony in room as wasps everywhere. Reception staff not helpful or interested at times.

Pros: The strengths of starlight are easy: customer delight (everybody feels that way-Congratzz to team and management) and the many little surprises. At last, the variaty of eating, doing things. It s just to many. Great hotel. Thanks all. Love ya

Pros: Very big territory , very green Lots of pools a lot of food in different locations many gardens , fields , playgrounds very tasty fruits spa treatments are great but not cheap (50 min massage will cost you 75 usd)t

Cons: although we left a tip every time never cleaned the bathroom , just replaced the towels Wifi is veeeery slow , if you want to see a movie , or even a clip on youtube you cannot , but you can buy higher speed wifi for 25 usd per day which is very expensive the staff at the poolside bars never smiles , i mean never , even if you smile to them and give them tips , i dont know why , 7 days we've been there , not one smile, it is not so bad because they still get you drinks but it is wierd

Pros: 1. Very good and tasty food, i.e. good variety and almost round the clock service 2. Spacious rooms in the main building

Cons: 1. I was proposed free transfer from the airport, however, the plane was 2 hours late and the driver had left by the time we collected the luggage. It took plenty of time and efforts in the middle of the night to contact the hotel and finally get there. 2. Dry cleaning service is very poor. First, there're no prices stated for children's clothes dry cleaning, but when checking out we discovered that the service wasn't free. Interestingly enough that the staff was politely smiling and admitting that it doesn't work properly (and prices weren't stated indeed, hence the service should be free), however, still insistent on payment. Also the quality of dry cleaning is very bad, all clothes smelled terrible with the washing powder so I didn't risk to put it on my daughter

Pros: Big holiday resort with many activities.

Cons: Too crowded with families having many childrens. Not a quite resort.

Cons: If you want to feel like in Russia go to this hotel. It looks like we come back to SSRS times.

Pros: Most things at the hotel was absolutely marvellous: Food, drinks and a beautiful grounds spread over 2 hotels. It's like a park! Always spoilt for choice. All staff is very friendly! Kaan in the reception deserves an extra pat on the back!

Cons: There are a few minor issues: The beds could be a little on the hard side. And the bar staff has varying skills. Some bartenders are really amazing, but some can't even put together the drinks list placed on the bar. Take a Bloody Mary: Evenings in the lobby was almost always flawless. Beach bar during the day was really hit and miss, mostly miss. I even got it served as vodka, tomato juice and topped off with Schweppes Lime (and that was all!). It's not only wrong, especially the fizzy Schweppes, it's disgusting! All should be able to execute a limited bar list well! And watch your beer glass cleaning: I think you are killing the fizz and foam head with residue detergent..

Pros: The hotel is really beautiful, great big territory. Not new, but well maintained. Very green and pretty. Good that 2 hotels - Sunrise and Starlight, are joined and you can use the facilities of both. I could come only for 5.5 days, but it was 100% worth it! You cannot be bored - Great shows in the evening (professional dancers, ballet), animation team activities, live music, disco, open air cinema and much more. Everyone can find something they like. Also if you want peace and quiet, you can get that as well. There are quiet parts of the hotel. I wanted to say special thanks to the reception team. They helped with any request fast and professional. And were just very nice people. Special mention to Mehmet (incredibly appreciated all the help and support, great guy!) and Yilmaz. And for sure the SPA! Massage and hammam were incredible! Balinese ladies doing the massage. Great job! Thanks to Aprilavati (please forgive me if i spelled the name wrong). So highly recommend! Amazing stay!

Cons: My aircon was not really cooling the room at first, but was fixed after I asked at the reception. I even got a bottle of wine and fruits for this :) so not really a negative.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff, clean room with huge terrace and personal lounge with jacuzzi. All bath facilities were included. Various dishes at the dining area. Perfect clean sea, a lot of swimming pools. Beautiful piers.

Cons: People occupied the sun loungers a few hours before coming to the beach, sometimes it was very hard to find one vacant. SPA was very expensive. Massage (about 60 minutes) rates start from 40 $.

Pros: Excellent food, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, good entertainment and an amazing value for money!

Cons: The knowledge of the bar staff lead to varying quality of the drinks served. Some made quite good cocktails, some horrid ones. Sometimes beer was served well (as in with foam), other times it was completely flat.

Pros: We had a problem in air-conditioning as we placed our complain ten minutes later the technical staff solved it. I really appreciate this.

When we finally got to the reception, I kindly asked Nazim if the driver who takes us to the airport can wait, but he yawled at us saying it is our responsability if we get there late. The diner ends at 9.00. And as soon as it gets 9.00 they start removing the food so it was like a race. The evening show starts at 9.00 and finishes at 22.00. But you have to secure a place at 20:30 so it was like a race as well. At the pool, they would offer waffles and some traditional pastries but its another race, I only made it once. Pros: We had a wonderful stay at AliBey we couldn’t have asked for more! Our kids loved the aqua park but they offered many options so we went to the beach, other days to the regular pools, there was always something to do. Entertainment at night was great for the kids also, there were inflatables, dancing, and shows. If you wanted time away from kids there were also areas for adults only. There were lots of restaurant options, one day we had pizza and pasta with ocean views. The restaurant servers were wonderful, especially Azirek and Kuba who were very kind, quick and always asked if we needed anything else. Our housekeeper for bldg 15 was also wonderful.

Cons: Checkin and checkout was a little confusing, there was little communication. I would move the night shows earlier to 9, otherwise you have to wait 45 min- 1 hour between the kids dancing and the night show.

Pros: The aqua park was excellent

Cons: The doctor on sight tried to heavily overcharge for a consultation at a level equivalent to a fee for an operation. A complaint was made to hotel management and we await a reply from them. We also lost a day of our holiday having to travel into Alanya town to see another and more trustworthy doctor to receive treatment. Very upset with the medical service in the hotel and certainly would never recommend anyone to use them! Can only describe it as fraud. Also, there was clearly a shortage of staff in the restaurants so a serious lack of attention and ability to take drinks orders and serve tables. One would expect more from what is supposed to be a five star hotel.

Pros: It was a very nice and comfy room, very close to the pool area, the water park is the highlight of Ali bey resort, We had lots of fun.

Cons: Navigating the site to find various places,particularly the room.(Better signage of room blocks would be helpful) Numbers on each side of the room block would be very helpful. Some method of stopping guests from reserving sun beds in the adults only pool . On almost every occasion I went there ,there were no beds available because people had reserved them with towels and then gone away

Cons: we have stayed for 7 nights, the time we arrived was very crowded, check in was delayed till 15:00، and at the check out, we asked for 30 minutes late check out, and they said no! Stayed in a villa too far from the main building. After 3 days we moved to a nearby one. The stuff is actually helpful, but the thing we didn’t like is the entertainment part, the animation team is perfect but the night shows are really not the best(comedy show!...). The amphitheater is too small which make the sound distorted, and we left the show many times because of that. We couldn’t have the chance to find a vacant pool chair because they’re all reserved with towels every day starting from 9 am. I’m sure that the hotel is trying to satisfy all guests, but there are several resorts around providing better and cleaner service at the same or lower price range. Before coming to Sunis Elita we’ve stayed at 2 different resorts in Manavgat region, so we can tell differences. Again, Animation team is doing their best to entertain gusts, but what I think is that the hotel management is not investing enough to help the team. Sewage smells all around the facility, especially at the pool bar

Pros: excellent animation team and very good singers and concerts near the pool bar late evening. Nice discos and morning exercises in the pool.

Pros: The hotel is very good for families with kids. I was afraid that it could be noisy but it was ok. Due to the fact that we were living in villas, we were in a calm area. I enjoyed a lot the local cuisine in the whole hotel(main restaurant, Melvana and Turkish a la carte). Everything is delicious, especially the desserts! One of the best baklava that I've ever tried. There is a very nice shisha place on the territory of the hotel which we liked very much. The garden staff does very good job. The territory looks beautiful. All staff is very helpful and speak very good English, Russian and German. In general we had very calm and relaxing vacation, which we were looking for.

Cons: Upon arrival we didn't have any soap in our bathroom. During the whole stay the cleaning staff regularly forgot to put the foot towel in the bathroom. The late cleaning of the room was inconvenient (around 15h-16h). We would like to spend this time in the room but it was impossible. The equipment in the gym is very old. The beach could be cleaner and it really miss the towel exchange point. During the check out we had to call several times to ask for baggage assistance.

Pros: The food all the day was great, they made us wait a lot of time before checking in, dont have early check in service.

Cons: The food not so fresh and tasty. No SPECIAL MEALS. I had a conversation about that through bookng.com before Check-in and they couldnt help with Gluten free meals (they didnt want, I guess). The staff is tired and not so friendly. Not compatible for 5-stars hotel!!!

Pros: Great value for money, not too busy, no lines, clean rooms, great food, lots to do i.e. bowling, basketball, disco, evening enternaitment for kids and then adults. We enjoyed it!

Cons: Extra bits that we had to pay for i.e. cocktails, popcorn, corn on the cob, fresh juice etc.

Pros: Before anything you have to remember that the value of what I paid in this hotel is much lower than the level of service and comfort there hotel very clean, food very nice many options without duplicate the dishes

Cons: No activities at night maybe because I visit the hotel at the start of the season No response to my emails before my arrived , but in any way, my check-in was without problems
