Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the quality of its breakfast, highlighting both variety and taste. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some appreciating the spaciousness. However, several guests were disappointed by the service at reception, describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful. Room size and bed comfort were also points of criticism, with some rooms deemed too small or beds uncomfortable for two people.
