No pet cleanup bags
Clean room and friendly staff
Stair wells used for storage and smelled bad
We selected a 'nonsmoking' room, but it was obvious when we got inside that although the hotel is no smoke free, it had previously been a smoking room. The clothes and toilet paper/tissues reeked of smoke.
The location was good. Right on the interstate. Got us up and going early in the morning. Breakfast was good. Beds were fine and we all slept well.
Check in was very slow. Staff was not terribly friendly. Renovations at the hotel definitely detracted from the experience. One plug did not work. Had to move alarm clock.
Price & location
The room had a funky/musty smell that lingered even after leaving. We had to spray Lysol & Febreeze on all bags and re-wash all items in suitcases.
Terrible customer service, shut off key access after my first night, renovations, horrid smell throughout, dusty, toilet didn't flush, no cold water in sink faucet, no elevator access for a few hours have torn meniscus, maids busted in despite do not dist
HAD TO PRY DOOR SHUT, ROOM SMELLED LIKE IT HAD BEEN PAINTED THAT DAY, ROOM WAS IN MIDDLE OF RENOVATION, A/C KNOB WAS BROKE OFF, SOMEONE HAD SET A CHAIR UP ON THE ROOF NEXT TO OUR WINDOW, LIGHT BETWEEN BED HAD ELECTRICAL SHORT
Nice staff. Fridge and microwave in room. Free blast.clean sheets
Price for hotel too much. Found a stinkbug on the sheets. Smelled like smoke and musty.
The breakfast was real good
The room had a bad odor the bed had a sinkhole in the middle the vanity was in front of the door and mold stains beneath the vanity in the carpet
They were remodeling the enterance the day I stayed here and they still had THE BEST full breakfast I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. Cheese omlets didn't look so good, but really were good! Beds where fluffy & comfy, big lobby
There really wasn't anything I did not like for what I expected.
Overall hotel was nice with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Room size was fine. Room didn't have the normal rack to set a suitcase on so we had to use the desk. Judging by the scratches many people before had done the same thing.
Only two real downsides, the breakfast area was fairly cramped and there was not a rack in the room for placing the suitcase on.
Close to Interstate, several places to eat in the area.
Very old, not well maintained. Air conditioner squeaked all night, but did keep us cool. Pet friendly, so lots of dogs there. Our room was non-smoking but we were put across the hall from a smoking room. Hallway smelled.
Rooms looked visually nice
Bathroom sink and tub faucets leaked around the handles. The 1st room they put me in had no Internet Wi-Fi reception
This hotel was pet friendly in designated rooms at no additional charge.
There was not an ice machine on every floor.
Pet-friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and the food choices were more than adequate.
Breakfast - good with a wonderful hostess/preparer.
Work out facility needs a little more for resistance workout.
Room 118 - Had a confirmed reservation for a king with a recliner, but the room had a regular chair. Mattress sank in the middle and wire stuck up around the edges. I was expecting the wonderful mattresses I have experienced at other LaQuintas. Desk clerk at check out didn't speak - not even 'thank you'. Good food.
The staff was amazing. Great breakfast, and I love how pet friendly it is.
Everything was pretty good. The breakfast was nothing but carbs!
Due to a priceline mistake we didnt get the king roo. We paid for!
Book this hotel at last minute. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Said that they had new mattresses. Mine was little too soft for me. Hot tub looked a little green. Pool looked good.
Our stay was wonderful. We stay here all the time, and the Staff is wonderful. We just love the pool and breakfast.
Not only was the side door broken and wouldn't close (safety issue) but we were awoken at 5 and 5:15am by an unbelievable sound. My husband had to call the front desk to ask if we should evacuate. They said sometimes it happens when a toilet doesn't flush properly. Didn't make any sense to us since it sounded like the room was going to fall through the floor. The front desk was rude, there were no cups in the rooms, no towels in the pool and a trash can missing from the room. I've always heard La Quinta is a great place to stay but we will never be back to this one.
The woman at the front desk was a bit cold and abrasive. Other then that the rooms were clean, the beds were uncomfortable but expected, and the breakfast wasn't too bad. Also, there was a great restaurant right by the hotel.
we regularly use this LaQuinta when at UT softball camp. Breakfast is always good even on a very busy Saturday.
Very nice hotel, although elevator is quite slow. Needs clearer directions to find the hotel, but otherwise very nice, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. I'd stay there again
X, the reservation clerk, went out of his way to make my stay wonderful. The room was clean, quiet and well serviced, Puella Grill is within walking distance and the food is superb!
