10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, lovely staff
Cons: It was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at the Turin Palace Hotel was exceptional! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and helped us to book a wine tasting excursion and make our dinner reservations. The room was so clean and comfortable, and the breakfast and rooftop bar were some of our favorite features within the hotel. For those coming in by plane, the hotel is just 2 blocks away from where the airport express bus drops you off (it's the the last stop on the line). We have nothing but rave reviews to share, and we can't wait to book a second stay in the future!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant and well located. Has everything we were looking for. Amazing roof top and tasty restaurant. Spacious room and comfortable ground floor chilling hall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent
Cons: Nothing everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Friendly. Very good breakfast. Silent room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful room. Our adjoining rooms were perfect for our family. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Welcome pastries (handmade chocolate from Guido Gobino and handmade macarons). And air conditioning that actually cooled the rooms. Location in Torino bery convenient to train station and to sights. Better experience than our stays at AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts properties in Milan, Florence, and Bologna earlier in our trip. We will visit Turin again and will stay at Turin Palace Hotel when we do.
Cons: Not a thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an excellent 4 Star hotel -- maybe it should be a 5 Star! Ideal location across the street from the train station and a short walk down via Roma for all of Turin's best shopping. The room we had was sparkling clean, staff was wonderful, and you cannot believe the wonderful breakfast service they have. Excellent hotel in all areas. Loved their restaurant and the roof top terrace/bar that provides a view of all of Turin and off to the west to the Alps. We would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best we have stayed in over the years.
Cons: Nothing could have been improved upon. In our opinion the ideal place to stay when visiting Turin.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our flight arrived early and i asked prior if it might be possible to get the room a little earlier than regular check in time and they actually made it possible without charging us, wich was very, very kind. The room was beautiful, big and clean, as well as the bathroom. Non alcoholic beverages for free, which was great as it was very hot these days. The bar and the restaurant have a stunning few and excellent food and drinks. It might even been one of the best meals we ever had! Breakfast fresh and delicious. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and helpful in all sections (Bar, restaurant, desk...) One star minus for charging extra for access to the spa. I understand treatments are extra of course, but only acces is mostly included in european hotels. We will come back for sure (even dogs are allowed - which is great, because we usually travel with our dog)
Cons: Nothing could have been better!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast. Excellent views from the terrace.
Cons: The drinks on the terrace were quite expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and after a long day traveling on the train it was great to find the hotel so close to the station. Staff were very friendly especially at breakfast. Room was quiet and view from roof top terrace beautiful. Location handy to shops and restaurants. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Italia
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons: If you want to go downtown it’s pretty far away !

Cons: The gym is very poorly equipped and truly small, being at the entrance of the elevators at the top floor. There is no airco and in summer it can get really hot. Breakfast was average.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Staff correct and very good.

Pros: Excellent breakfast, reasonable prices. Very friendly staff!
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: Easy access to Metro, car park facility AMD supermarkt.
Cons: The shower in the bathroom is over complicated and does not add any value. It is a pity as it seems to to be an expensive one as well.

10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: When we arrived we have had a warm welcome, the staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly and a good support to have a wonderful stay in this modern hotel. The design of the rooms is pretty interesting and we will come back when we will come to Torino again. The restaurant offered pretty delicious fish and a good wine selection as a companion.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Highly professional hotel, clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Although out of town, Porto Nuova can be reached in 20-25 mins by foot/metro.
Cons: Not really a hotel problem, but there are few bars or restaurants in the vicinity - you do need to go into town - but the motor museum, the Agnelli Gallery and the Fiat rooftop test track are all close by.

Cons: Everything was perfect again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, perfect. Room, big & comfortable. Bathroom, good shower and big. Breakfast, better than it looks.
Cons: We drove there, and we passed by the hotel three times. There's no signs of a hotel, the entrance looks like the entrance to a normal building. It would be great if they put a plaque or something like that, outside.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is fantastic - easy access to all shops, restuarants and local attractions. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in for a long time! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, both hot and cold. We found it very helpful to be able to use the computer in reception to print off our boarding passes for the flight home (no extra cost). Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Turin.
Cons: The bathroom was slightly tired in places but nevertheless it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
7.0 Good
Cons: It felt like the hotel since it's opening for the winter Olympics in 2005 hasn't had a thorough renovation: 'graffiti' in the elevator, full corridors and walls, the shower - clean, yes, but not fresh. The room of a good size but clearly conceived 15 years ago.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the location of this hotel. You are right near the Royal palace, Roman ruins, shopping centre and tram lines almost on your doorstep.
Cons: Wifi connection was poor in the room
9.3 Excellent

Pros: The staff were amazing especially the team at the front counter they were so helpful in helping us with a day trip it was outstanding. No question was to much trouble.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The fitness room offers all you need for a work-out on a business trip. The breakfast options are wide and the quality is acceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I expected a slightly bigger breakfast option (I was missing vegetables). The wifi on my phone didn't work. Also an alternative wifi offered did not work. (They would have found a solution for me, but by then I wasn't in the mood anymore to spend additional time on fixing that.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old fashioned hotel staff were really lovely people really helpful with everything I needed.
Cons: No room service
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and special mention to the Signorina who was in charge of the breakfast room..and the front desk staff.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast and very nice people at the lobby!
Cons: Very small bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was big enough and comfortable.
Cons: Location was good, but as it is on a main street it was noisy during the night. Breakfast was poor.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: An amazing bathroom. The sort we would like in every hotel in which we stay. The staff were excellent in all ways - efflcient, professional, friendly and twice went that little bit extra to help us. We love the location, convenient for the station, yet still elegant and stately in appearance. Our balcony was a bonus in our room. Cleanliness was excellent.
Cons: Very minor point. As we nearly always use the stairs in hotels, except when moving our luggage, there are sections of the stairs that are in a polished black which my partner found visual deceptive. However, having said that, the staircases were beautifully presented as is all the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quality of breakfast. Very elegant and comfortable room. Excellent staff always available.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central Next to the train station and the historic centre. Staff was very friendly and professional.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was well located and had a large entry/lounge area with bar which was very fresh and cool in the heat of the Summer. Our room was very clean and modern with new furniture and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely with a good choice of things to eat.
Cons: I felt the bedroom was rather small and it looked out onto an interior courtyard, so although it was nice and quiet, it didn't have any view or any atmosphere. I was disappointed at first, but realised it was just like the photographs. So not a very memorable hotel for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly positioned for tourists and close to the rail station and other amenities eg supermarket, restaurants and bars
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location opposite the railway station which made it very easy when using the wonderful Italian rail system. Walking distance to the historical centre of Turin. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff who accommodated us spending a rainy morning filling in time.
Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great hotel, we booked a suite which was very nice and very spacious. Comfortable beds, quiet room even though it faced the front of hotel which was a very busy street, very clear room, would book again.
Cons: breakfast staff was not so friendly nor very interested in really having to deal with guests and did not really paid much attention to any of the guests. We had to continuously wave down the staff every morning to order our espresso and cappuccino even when there were very little guests in the dining room. The hotel stay was amazing and if the breakfast staff was more attentive or provided better customer service, it would have been a perfect stay.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location The staff
Cons: - Breakfasts are poorer than in 3star hotels of Turin. Nothing similar to the photos. (e.g. Fried eggs are for an extra cost of 8EUR) - The furniture MUST be refurbished! (e.g. scratches, cracks, holes around the room). The only place refurbished is the bathroom where the door was making squeaky noise. The staff tried to fix but didn't succeed. - During the morning (~11 AM), the person of staff entered the room with no knocking saying it was a control check!!! Never happened to me in the hotels before. - The iron is given only for 30 minutes only. Additional 30 minutes are for an extra cost of 10EUR - INSANE! - The bottle opener can be brought to the room only for the room service fee of 6EUR
8.0 Excellent

Cons: Could have supplied complimentary water on arrival.

Pros: Location perfect! Also nice facilities, everything looks quite new although in an old historical building.
Cons: Breakfast can be improved but this is a common problem in Italy, they only take a coffee and a brioche in the morning...

Pros: Hotel has a nice feel to it, room was comfortable, warm, equipped with all neccessities. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who worked at the reception and she was extremely helpful and did everything to make us feel comfortable, even gave us some tips where to go, what to see, where to eat,.. We know it’s her job, but she did it like she genuinely cared, which is always nice to see. Oh and we loved the breakfast and as an espresso lover, I enjoyed the coffee.
Cons: Maybe just the fact that we had a bottom floor room and sometimes we could hear people talking in the lobby, but it was nothing drastically loud.

Pros: Great location right in the centre of Turin.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is impeccable, facing a wooded square, right across from the railway station and steps away from a metro station. The main shopping streets are a couple of minutes away in the other direction. The spacious room was taller than it was wide and that, with the thick walls, made it comfortable in the 36C heat even with minimal AC (avoiding the cold draft and dry sinuses). Breakfast was copious and the staff went out of their way to accomodate the car, despite the garage being fully booked.
Cons: A slight makeover might be called for, eventually.

Pros: The wooden Or old-fashioned tiled floors and high ceilings in the room, the mix of old (the design) and new (bathroom, WiFi), the balcony and their views, the location, the courtyard breakfast terrasse, the clean rooms and the reliable WiFi.

Pros: This hotel is in an older building, but it has been very nicely updated and is well-maintained. The room I had on the 2nd floor was spacious, comfortable, and overlooked the park across the street (though I would have preferred one of the rooms with a balcony!). The facilities were up-to-date and everything functioned well.
Cons: For the price, there was nothing lacking.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: They did not give me the WiFi access details when I checked in. So I had to come down to get it.

Pros: The breakfast was adequate. The bed was nice and spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The old lady on reception who checked us out....she was quite rude and abrupt. Makes you wonder what she’s doing working at front of house!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: we did not request for breakfast throughout our stay. we preferred to stay very late in bed and have lunch outside instead, the location was very excellent for us both for walking and use of the underground/subway.
Cons: The mattress for the bed is quite old much more behind times. It is made up of spring and very uncomfortable for me although my wife did not mind. There were not many things that we did not like. The room does not come with tea and coffee pot but once we asked, it was provided for the whole duration of our stay.

5.5 Okay
Pros: perfect location in the centre
Cons: old Hotel and very old inventory, partially in poor condition. Shower was without watter ...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay, staff, location.
Cons: No negative comment.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location near the main train station in (Torino Porta Nuova) and on the edge of main city shopping and museum district Energetic staff willing to help Nice views from top floor rooms
Cons: One staff member was new to the hotel and gave a number of wrong information details which caused us some issues, but she worked hard to correct the issues once discovered. Wireless internet was slow and disconnected frequently Have to put door keycard in slot once in room to turn on all all power and heating/cooling, so room was quite hot after returning from a day out and took quite a while to cool once returned - no way to have the AC on enough to keep it from getting super hot w/o leaving a key card in it all day long. Also unable to charge electronics when not there *everything turns off*. This was common in many rooms we used in Switzerland and Italy
8.0 Excellent
Pros: So, Let's start by the location, the hotel is a few minutes away from the station and was super easy to reach the center from there. The staff was very kind and ready to help. Breakfast was abundant with also options for vegans, the room clean and the bed big. Bonus point for the small balcony, not that I used it much but was nice to have a look at the street down from there.
Cons: The bedroom was very nice but the bathroom definitively was in need of a renovation, was like a home bathroom, with a bathtub with a water screen not staying in place much. It was clean so not complaints at all about that, there was shampoo, shower gel and shower cap, just quite outdated and in need of a refresh. Also I could have done with more supportive pillows, but this is a personal preference, does not impact on my opinion of the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast Large rooms Comfortable bed
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Ricardo was exceptionally helpful and understanding when we checked in. The Woman tending bar was very helpful as well and made an excellent recommendation of a local white wine that was wonderful.
Cons: That the Bellman was quite friendly and helpful as he negotiated all our bags in one trip without a cart... but in my ignorance I didn’t know if tipping was insulting (we’d just left some other countries where that was the case) - I decided (after some googling) to tip him... but failed to find him before we checked out. Oh, and I never got the name of the wine.

Pros: Great location and helpful staff!

Pros: Location suited me. Tramstop that went around the city was located on the street outside. There was a restauraunt on the same building complex although I didn't get time to use it. Staff were helpful in accommodating my needs .
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a very well put together hotel in an area undergoing renewal. It is around the corner from the tram (check in sells transport tickets) and short walk from the Torino Susa train station. My room was quite spacious, with a balcony facing the commercial building next door. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. There were also lots of choices for breakfast, and a complementary bottle of sparkling water every day!

Pros: Good rich breakfast, free parking around the hotel, clean new rooms
8.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was decent all around. The staff were very nice and responded to all needs. Bus station very close and you could buy the tickets at the reception. I went for a conference for 4 days and this hotel was suitable for me to come back and rest. The price was some of the cheapest I could find for a 3-star hotel and I feel like I got the value for money. All in all this was a good choice for me.
Cons: The food at breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable nonetheless. Not much of a view outside the room, but wasn't really an issue for me. The internet in the room was ok, although not very high speeds.

4.2 Okay
Pros: As a platinum guest I anticipated a better experience and was disappointed. The room was clean, but the AC/Heater malfunctioned and the room was like a sauna all night. The hotel was adjacent to a huge parking lot and nothing nearby to walk to. The "smoke free" hotel masked the smoke that came from the large group on the patio smoking with what smelled like very strong men's cologne. Staff were friendly but not very attentive or concerned about our needs. They laughed when I asked if there was a concierge to talk with about restaurant suggestions - "No!" Was their response. When I asked how the hotel restaurant they said "good, but what else am I going to say? I can't tell you it isn't...".
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, hotel itself was well equipped and the rooms were so clean and tidy.
Cons: Was a bit far from the festival we were attending at Parco Dora but that was poor planning on our part, was 15 minutes/€20 euro in a taxi which was not bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, the rooms were beautiful, comfortable bed, decent Breakfast. Enjoyed the gym and the jacuzzi.
Cons: Nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for my 1am check-in.
Cons: While the hotel is unique being in an old pasta factory, I would not say it was not the greatest area, as it seems to still retain some of the industrial feel.

Pros: Breakfast is fine. There are two supermarkets close to the hotel. Location was great for our needs. They have a nice patio to sit in. Beds are also OK. Some staff were really friendly and helpful.
Cons: I think they should remove the old carper everywhere, it gives a very outdated and dirty feel. The lighting in the room was also very basic and not very practical. The shower head was not functioning 100%. Some staff were a bit dry, but treatment was correct. Overall it's fine, but could do with a refurbishment.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were really helpful and friendly! Overall the hotel was clean and at a walking distance from the central of Turin. Nice restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Really lovely place to stay for a few days.
