Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the large pool, spacious rooms, and some found the facilities clean and comfortable. However, several reviews mentioned poor service, with issues such as lack of staff, communication problems, and slow check-in. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of unclean rooms and pest problems. The location was seen as neutral—convenient for some, but too far from attractions for others. Overall, the pool and room size stood out as positive aspects, while service and cleanliness were common areas of complaint.
