This family-run property offers a diverse breakfast and dinner with traditional specialities, based on healthy food from the garden. Pros: Location is great, in nature, you can explore mountains, waterfalls, river beds starting from farm. View from balcony was great, breakfast and dinner were over all expectations. We suggest it for all nature / good food lovers :-)

Pros: The location was extraordinary: wonderful view, fresh air, lovely people. The breakfast was really great I liked that most of the vegetables, fruits were from the garden or from around the neighborhood. We took the double bed room which at first we thought will have a kitchen included but that is only part of the family room. Our room was very clean and the view from the balcony was just perfect. The family who takes care of the place is really kind and help you where and whenever they just can, very kind people. Paying for the dinner is well worth it because you eat good quality local food.
Cons: The only problem we experienced is due to the narrow walls you might hear other people when moving in/out their room or taking a shower.

Pros: A very good base for exploring the surrounding area, only a few minutes' drive from Kobarid. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant a couple of evenings. The local pasta was good and for dessert, the pancakes were excellent!
Cons: The hotel is on the main road. Our rooms were at the front and we could hear traffic all night. It was a shame as the location is otherwise beautiful.
