Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff, who are frequently described as helpful, accommodating, and professional. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the hotel, citing issues such as dirty rooms, unclean pools, and poorly maintained public areas. The food, particularly breakfast and buffet options, is another common point of criticism, with guests noting limited variety and quality that does not meet four-star expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the positive attitude of the staff and some convenient aspects of the location are highlighted as redeeming features.
