Pros (+) the location is good the breakfast is good
Cons (-) the heating in the room was not working at all we informed the reception and the answer was that it will be taken care for nothing was fixed, it had high factor in the convenience of our stay

Pros (+) The breakfasts alone are enough to demand a return visit, however the extraordinarily thoughtful and kind staff, lovely rooms, and location make this a perfect hotel.
