Pros (+) Best hotel staff ever and 24 hour reception! The room was very cute and cozy. It felt like home, not like a hotel room. Great location in the square.
Cons (-) Better AC for American travelers :)

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's exceptional location in the heart of the city, with many rooms offering beautiful views of the main square. The staff were often described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. While several reviews highlighted comfortable and spacious rooms, opinions on cleanliness were mixed. The main area of dissatisfaction was the breakfast, which many guests found lacking in both variety and quality. Despite this, the hotel's prime location and welcoming service were consistently appreciated.AI-generated from customer reviews
