Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and strategic location, with many highlighting its proximity to malls, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and poorly maintained facilities. Service quality was mixed, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or rude staff and slow assistance. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some finding it satisfactory and others disappointed. The swimming pool was often described as dirty or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and pool maintenance.
