The staff received numerous compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to the overall experience. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, highlighting its quality and variety. However, several reviews noted that room sizes were small and some rooms lacked air conditioning, leading to discomfort during hot weather. Noise issues, particularly at night, and some dated room decor were also mentioned as negatives.
