Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, calm environment, and some aspects of the service, with several mentioning friendly or helpful staff. However, there were notable complaints about the lack of air conditioning during hot weather, small room sizes, and issues with breakfast quality and value. The location was generally considered convenient, but some found it noisy or difficult to access. Overall, while the hotel was found to be clean and peaceful, improvements are needed in amenities and breakfast.
