Pros (+) The location is excellent for exploring the nearby hills. The property is nicely maintained with a stream running adjacent.
Cons (-) The rooms and furnishings are not new, but this was not expected. This was value for money and was a comfortable hotel.
Pros (+) Perfect location for Cumberland visitors or just passing through. Loved the landscaping & pool. Cracker Barrel was around the corner.

Cons (-) There was a group of teenagers in the hotel and were runnning around all night till 2 or 3 in the morning. I called staff several times but nothing really changed. It made a little trip I made with my husband extremely stressful and we did not enjoy our stay because of this

Cons (-) We settled on a queen sized bed but it seemed smaller than a queen (although it could've been in our heads or because we are used to a larger bed) the comforter has a couple small stains on it but nothing disgusting, in fact my wife didn't even notice and she is a clean freak.
