Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, friendly and attentive staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the tasteful decor. The breakfast and restaurant received mixed feedback, with some describing the breakfast as simple or limited, but the restaurant itself was often highlighted as excellent. Some guests mentioned issues with noise from the street, small room sizes, lack of air conditioning or elevators, and occasional problems with bathroom facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding the welcoming atmosphere and helpful service.
