Pros (+) Measure regarding the pandemic. Hotel was clean and customer service was exceptional.
Cons (-) Better system to have 10 people at the people. Came down with my daughters and after 10 minutes there were around 18 people in the pool. Waited for a little bit and then left the area with my girls as a precaution.

Pros (+) Location was good for why I was there (Balloon Festival). I walked all around the bridge and Rotary Park so it was convenient in that location. Did not have the breakfast so can't comment on that but was busy each morning and looked well stocked. Did not swim but pool appeared to be heated and clean. Fitness center was very nice. Decor for the main lobby and rooms are very well done and very clean...
Cons (-) Towels were like sandpaper.
