Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the lake and local attractions. Some found the staff friendly and helpful, and a few mentioned the indoor pool as a nice amenity. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and poor breakfast quality. Several guests reported maintenance problems, uncomfortable beds, and concerns about service professionalism. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the staff were highlights, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.
