Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's breakfast, noting its quality and variety, as well as the overall cleanliness and appealing location, especially for events and sightseeing. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and poor customer orientation. Room sizes and layouts receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding them spacious and others too small or oddly arranged. Overall, while the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and good amenities, improvements in service and value for price are needed.
