Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which was convenient for events and city attractions. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some appreciating renovated spaces and amenities. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff and housekeeping issues. The closure of the pool and parking challenges, such as limited availability and extra fees, were common complaints. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's cleanliness and prime location stood out as highlights for most visitors.

It was pleasant and convenient. It looked like they stopped giving customers a cookie but I would stay there again.

Hotel not ready for three staying in the room. No cookies were ever offered. A random food charge was erroneously assigned to our account. The indoor pool was closed for construction.
