Guests overwhelmingly criticized the hotel's cleanliness, with many describing rooms and common areas as filthy, outdated, and poorly maintained. Safety concerns, such as doors not locking and unsecured windows, were also mentioned. However, some guests appreciated the friendly staff and convenient location, though these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences related to hygiene and maintenance. Value for price was seen as neutral, with some guests accepting the low cost for basic accommodation, but most would not recommend staying here.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Room was clean and adequate
Cons (-) Public areas like the hallways and entrance were littered with cigarette butts, wrappers, random garbage, needed vacuuming desperately. Breakfast bar lacked basic items like milk. How does this hotel have such a high rating
Pros (+) Comfortable beds, nice staff
Cons (-) Things were literally falling apart. The shower head was pulled from the wall. The heat went was taken a part & the pieces left on the floor
Cons (-) Lobby was closed and the phone number was disconnected. We never got to check in and had to stay somewhere else
