Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Fremont Street and local attractions. Some guests also appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of unpleasant odors, lack of housekeeping, and issues such as bugs and dirty bathrooms. Service receives mixed reviews, with several guests mentioning unfriendly or unhelpful staff and slow check-in processes. Overall, while the location and some room features are praised, cleanliness and service are areas needing improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
