Staff were all helpful and friendly both in persona an over the phone.
The room was very dated and seemed unkempt. The bed was lumpy and difficult to sleep in. The ceiling lamp in the corner of the room has definitely seen better days as the on/off switch didn’t work. The walls are so thin between the rooms that I heard the next room all night. I’ve seen better entertainment options at home than I did on the tv. And seriously, the WiFi was impossibly weak. I do not plan on returning to this hotel in the future.
The tower views and clean atmosphere
The gym was very disappointing, small unclean old equipment that didn’t work and needs to get a major renovation
The price was good.
Better AC unit. Ran non stop and was incredibly loud.
The room was next to big fan on the roof, we could not sleep
The bed was super comfortable lots of pillows. Staff was amazing! Lots to do. Buffet was fabulous.
the view from the tower
the room was older and the ac was not the best but for 29 a night im not complaining
Buffet was great
The room was filthy wallpaper coming off wall bathroom sink had a sewer smell coming out of it
It was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
No coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave. I thought all rooms came standard with these basics. I also wasn’t happy that my king size bed was given away even though I prepaid with the reservation and requested a late check in..
Check in took 40 min, and the line up was crazily long
The room was comfortable. The mattress was quite soft and stable.
Check-in took 40 minutes (I am not exaggerating), and the waiting line was incredibly long. I don't know why the registration desk can't improve their service by increasing the speed.
Price, Customer service, convenience to text hotel for checking out and housekeeping needs
Water was shut off for 2 hours due to emergency, Location in a very unsafe area
The pool and drinks
My room was given away at check in and I wasn't offered anything complimentary until I complained not to mention our room didn't get clean or offered any clean towels the whole 4 days we were there
Worse hotel I've stayed at in 20 years
Walking distance to LVCC (25 mins)
The rooms are horrible, kinda like a motel 6. Not clean, and the cleaners don't really clean the room every day - DISGUSTING. The whole hotel smells like a coffee shop in Amsterdam, people smoking pot in the rooms and on the floors. Loud noises in the room - one night I actually had to call security. Second night I had to switch rooms as the noise from the industrial a/c outside was just unbearable. I will not stay at this hotel ever again even if they pay me.
