Overall, guests found the breakfast offerings and the hotel's location to be positive aspects, with several reviews highlighting a good breakfast experience and convenient proximity to key areas. However, there were recurring complaints about service issues, such as reservation mishaps, unhelpful staff, and housekeeping lapses. Pros (+) This location is fine, decently clean and the one person who mans the front desk from at least 4 to 7 was polite and nice. Problem is there was JUST ONE person there on a busy Saturday evening. I wait...
Cons (-) I waited 30 minutes in a line that went out the front door to check in. I will not book again in this location until I know they are adequately staffed.
