Cons (-) So many things. I got haunted. My bed shook, things flew across the room things happened a lot.
Pros (+) Restaurant is gourmet, free breakfast alone was worth the room rate. Friendly staff, we made good use of the outdoor hot spring, loved the town/location. Overall pretty, historic building.
Cons (-) It's a boutique historic hotel. If you're expecting brand new and sterile this isn't the place for you. That said, the deck was in pretty tough shape and the indoor pool rooms need some cleaning/tile/Sheetrock work. We loved the outdoor tub but didn't want to go in the indoor pools. A little paint and caulk would go a long way

Private but had a set time of 30 minutes at a time per the four tubs. This was not desirable for a romantic get away. The bed was not comfortable at all. We come back here once or twice a year, and every room we've stayed in has been cozy, clean, private, and well maintained.
