Everything was good besides the non working refrigerator that was cold and running but after putting $150 worth of food in it and thinking it was going to get colder. Well no opposite. Unfortunately even the ice packs I left in there wasn’t good enough to save the food that was brought from Canada and is only possible to get there and in person. Not happy at all

Pros (+) Club Lounge had a wonderful spread of breakfast!
Cons (-) Responsiveness to urgent issues at all hours (Air conditioning was blowing hot air. Was eventually moved to a different room the next day.)

Pros (+) The room was large and clean. The hotel is in a good location.
Cons (-) My room was booked with a American Express SPG Business card. Card-holders are entitled to club access. We showed the manager the AmEx terms, and the manager refused to give us club access. She told us that club access was $50 more, which is incorrect
