Pros: Staffs were extremely friendly. They offered valet parking and kindly delivered our luggages to the room. The hotel building itself was like a historically and artistically valuable museum.
Cons: Amenities were not luxurious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent all round - brilliant service, very approachable personnel, great facilities, amazing location. Very authentic and quaint rooms (very clean). Great food too!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel with the history and atmosphere. Good location. The most comfortable mattress and pillows which we ever had in the hotels.
Cons: The stuff during breakfast could be more friendly. Could be perfect to have some welcome drink or just complimentary bottle of the water in the room
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful wonderful staff and location location location. The rooms were well appointed and in a style that suited the hotel. The balcony was a great place to get a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were larger then most European hotel rooms and air conditioned which made it very comfortable in the August heat. The public areas and dining rooms were very comfortable and charming. Good business center with easy access.
Cons: The carpet in the halls made it hard to move luggage around and did not fit the period and style of the hotel. Some of the art didn't suit the hotel ambiance. The carpet in our room was very worn and old. The bathroom had chipped sharp tiles and had not been updated which was a little disappointing for the price point. We were also disappointed that no one informed of the beach facilities available.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: clean room and good breakfast
Cons: nothing..overall it was great hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service, rooms, and the food at the rooftop restaurant are upto the highest standards. The staff were very friendly and arranged a nice surprise for my birthday ( room decoration, free champagne)
Cons: The breakfast options are the same everyday. Though they have recommendations (different types of breakfasts put together by a dietician), the dishes are the same everyday and rent to get a bit monotonous if you like to try a bit of everything !!
6.2 Good
Pros: Staff were good
Cons: Bed uncomfortable TV no English or premium channels Business meeting room very expensive
5.4 Okay
Pros: Room and sea view was excellent.
Cons: Both the breakfast outside seating and to a lesser extend the roof top restaurant were extremely unhealthy. the breakfast outside area has many dozens of pigeons everywhere, tables, sunbrellas and outer walls were full of pigeons.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was perfect, lovely clean and modern rooms with an outstanding sea view. We were made welcome and felt comfortable the whole trip. Anything we needed there was someone always there to help. We were also given a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates for my boyfriends 30th which was such a special touch to the stay. Breakfast was also great and was nice to have it sorted each morning before we went out on our activities for the day. The location was perfect. Easy to get to from the airport. The tram was directly outside the terminal and dropped us off outside the back of the hotel for €1.50 which was super cheap. It was easy to walk into the city centre, use the tram or hire bikes from the hotel at a low cost. One of the best trips, we were both very relaxed and couldn’t find any faults. Certainly a memorable experience. We were both so sad to leave and definitely will be back to Nice and will be staying in the Radisson Blu again.
Cons: No faults. Will definitely make sure we are back to stay again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall nice hotel, very good facilities and friendly staff
Cons: The colours of the furniture in my room at 3rd floor was not very pleasant, the floor of the bathroom was with noizy tiles and the air conditioned had no functioned properly
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the terrace.
Cons: Except (Ellie) who was very kind. The other reception employees were not cooperating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant Hotel...from the rooms, cleanliness, staff and food. It’s location is perfect with a tram station right outside making it easy to get to/from the airport and the main streets further down the promenade (10 minute tram)
Cons: Can’t complain about anything during our stay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Top location, very beautiful hotel. Very professional staff, top customer service.
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. It was my husband’s 40th birthday and the little extras we received made it all the more special. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is great - close to both the tramline and train station.
Cons: The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable for our liking. (Not as soft as we would like)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had a perfect location and inside the rooms it is extremely silent. The rooms are spacious, very clean and luxurious. Breakfast is served at the table which makes you relax much more.
Cons: The spa is very good, but crowded. Even in the afternoon many people were there so the whole effect of relaxing disappears a bit.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely comfortable hotel in a great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast room is very nice, good buffet and excellent variety of warm dishes. Loved the pancakes. The only negative point was the quality of the cappuccino, but then I'm Italian! The SPA is very nice. Amenities in the rooms are good quality and refreshed regularly. We had some issues to address and the staff was extremely friendly and effective to meet our demands.
Cons: The room service selection is poor for a five stars hotel and not suited to have a light evening meal when you don't feel like going out. I told this to the reception already.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I left a bag with a 100 euro pair of swimming shorts there. Called them to ask about it 1 day later they said none of the staff turned anything in, that they would call me back the next day which they never did...
6.3 Good
Pros: Admir, Libotah y Hasan were very polite and very informative. Maritza and the front desk were oustanding.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very accomodating, not too big and felt personal. The service is exceptional and the spa is a must-do.

Cons: Very bad serivce Very small lobby No bell man Very poor restaurant Old & dirty furniture
5.8 Okay
Cons: The Picture with The room listed on website was not what we get on arrival . Low quality furniture that is very Old And used for 4star hotel .... We pay The Value fir 4 star but we had The comfort of 2/3 star hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Superior rooms tend to have great views and open aspect - lovely.
Cons: We booked a “twin superior room” but it turns out there are none. My son and I were put in a “classic” twin room, which was dark and poky - horrible. So glad we asked to be moved. Sharing a bed was well worth the gorgeous view - and the bed was huge and very comfy.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: I asked for a room with the view on the sea, they first gave me a room like that but already occupied!! They changed the room and they gave one not with the sea view as requested. And when I asked some discount for the drawback, they gave no discount!! Never happened to me in a hotel in that category!!

Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good and convenient location is always the prime condition for us to pick a hotel when we travel, Hyatt Regency in Nice is in the centre of the city, very convenient for city tour or if one wants to visit Cannes, Monte Carlo and other neighbouring cities. The buffet breakfast was good and so was the dinner. The staff at the concierge were especially helpful and professional. We'll definitely book the same hotel if we're going to visit Nice again in future.
Cons: The hotel is a bit old which is within our expectation, it's natural according to its history but the maintenance is good despite its age. So nothing to complain about.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a perfect location for the old town and les promenade anglais
Cons: Nothing
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Great location, close to lots of great shops and restaurants.
Cons: Our “king” bed was two twins pushed together, which I fell in between. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but many were gross. The scrambled eggs had a strange chemical aftertaste that I couldn’t tolerate. The airport shuttle we ordered was late, and when it arrived it wasn’t the right vehicle, which was too small to meet our needs. We had to wait for another shuttle to arrive, and when it finally did, we were told it would cost €20 more than we were quoted. Wow.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in the centre of Nice. Very silent at night. The lift was one of the quietest I've seen. Very clean. The junior suite was airy, well equipped (tea, coffee, bathrobe etc.). Had a large balcony overlooking the hills with transats and chairs and a table. Internet reception was good.
Cons: Breakfast room set up was chaotic at different times (early or late in the morning). The service team was not well trained. There was no method to the way they set up tables. There was always some item missing (once one of the coffee machines broke down). No liquid soap at the sink (had to go to the shower to get some). The keycards got demagnetised everyday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Lovely breakfast. Large room for 3 people. Nice big bathroom with separate toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The coffee and tea facilites, the comfortable bed and the room size in general. The breakfast was also very nice. The hotel is situated right next to the Place Massena so very central to the city and the old town.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff and breakfast buffet
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very close to the Messena Place and the old town. Restaurants close by. Rooms are a decent size as far as French hotels go and for once the air conditioning actually worked. Staff spoke English and were helpful.
Cons: We were only at the hotel for a quick overnight stay and didn't arrive until 9:30 pm so we didnt spend a long time in the hotel. Had breakfast in a cafe in the market.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent central location, so long as you don't mind being by a road with a little street traffic.
Cons: I was very resentful that the hotel runs a policy of running a check on Visa cards used on booking.com bookings. Because I wanted to use a visa debit top up card for my trip to Nice, they ran a check for 202 euros on my card on our arrival at reception WITHOUT WARNING me. It meant that around £200 of my budgeted money was frozen in my account and I could not access all my money. One week later, the £200 is still frozen / pending and I do not have access to my money. I would much rather have paid on arrival and not end up short of 200.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location only!
Cons: Our room was smelling like oil paint! We told that in the reception and they answered us that maybe they paint some parts on the Hotel. Also it the towels I found hair.Last most of people on the reception weren’t very helpful. Finally one day on my stay they took us the soap from the bathroom. On the plus is the location only

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The close proximity to the airport, friendly check in staff and fast check out system. The room and bathroom were clean and neat.
Cons: You can hear the people in the rooms next door and corridors
6.0 Good
Pros: Hotel basic but clean. Perfect for a short overnight stay between flights. Superefficient check in and out procedure. Breakfast good value for money. Seviceminded efficient nice staff.
Cons: Breakfast starting at 7.30 is too late at an airport hotel. 6.30 or even 6.00 would be better for travellers.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Mattress on the bed was not very comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to airport Clean
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the airport, solid price, clean bathroom, soap for hands and shampoo/shower gel in the shower, bed was comfortable but pillows were kind of small, affordable breakfast, fast free wifi!
Cons: No carpet in the room, no meat options for breakfast, doors and windows seals could be a bit better.
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: Basic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, small, good location
Cons: Ventilation was centrally controlled and not aaa cool as desired. Good for couples but not families. No shuttle service but there is a tram system under construction that will make this location very valuable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Always easy to book, check in, near to the airport and easy access to the tram and Nice. Hotel and it’s facilities are good and all you really need for a break in your travel. Have been several times and would return. Thanks
Cons: The coffee/ chocolate out of the machine is expensive for only half a cup. Also when asking how much it would be to get a taxi from the Hotel to Terminal 2 we were quoted 40 Euros - obviously we didn’t book one - not sure that was correct!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff and clearness. Also coffee and tea in ground floor was for free.
Cons: Room was very small and there was no spiller.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bright and welcoming hotel, good location - 20 minutes walk to the prom, 5 minutes walk to the main train station to explore further afield. Hot drinks and ‘yummy corner’ was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Cons: Some noise from train station.
7.0 Good
Pros: Really nice, pretty, cosy - I really liked the colors of the room and the little things like these towels different from the usual white ones in the other hotels. Happy to find a kettle with tea bags, a small fridge and so many pillows. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Was unfortunately too noisy for me (people, doors, upstairs, same floor) and it's not a good idea to be in the closest room to the laundry.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Only for the fact that I had to pay 15 extra EURO for my dog make the whole expirience very unpleasent.
Cons: I had to pay 15 euro extra for my dog in a super small room with only a single bed very unreasonable charge
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was okay. Had to boil your own eggs and no other hot items. You could make your own toast. Cereals, french bread and cold meats. Croissant and flapjacks.
Cons: The room size was too small. I booked a room for a single person and i could touch the walls with hands spread out. If i knew it would be so small, i would have paid a little more for a double occupancy and had a bigger room. Space was very limited. Single rooms have no tea/coffee making facilities and no fridge. The bathroom also has a shower curtain which touches the toilet because the bathroom/room is really tiny. But they did allow me to use the free coffee machine in reception and the microwave. It is also not a far walk from the promenade and its neat.
6.0 Good
Pros: comfy bed, clean, nice view, close to the train station
Cons: the doors were EXTREMELY loud even when you tried to close them carefully (which the cleaning staff did not). there were two signs for the door, one saying you wanted room cleaning and one saying you did not. we put the sign saying we did not want room cleaning and the cleaning staff opened our door anyways as we were saying we were in the room. the next night we tried putting no sign and they opened our door 3 separate times (the first at 10am) before calling our room to ask if we wanted room cleaning. the cleaning staff was extremely noisy and woke us up early every morning. the do not want cleaning sign said that if you refuse cleaning the hotel will provide drinks but instead they gave us one granola bar. the elevator also seemed a little rickety and was leery of using it
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I did check in several hours before the standard time, and the reception gave me a big room, but they were kind of confused if the breakfast was included or not in my order(me neither),finally they said the breakfast was not included; but when I went out at night ,another receptionist told me I could have breakfast?well I indeed had the breakfast, although the staff were nice, but the food is moyen:/ (almost cold food like bread, no hot dog or omelet)
Cons: breakfast could be better

Pros: The hotel has a great location. The room was spacious with a terrific view. The hotel entrance is to the side, and the entrance from the garage is convoluted and complicated. Use the valet. Breakfast could be better. But otherwise the hotel was super!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fab, the room and staff were great, breakfast was amazing. You get breathtaking views of sunset and sunrise from the sea view rooms.
Cons: The only problem we faced was the room temperature. Although in the winter it's moderately cold outside, rooms with direct sunlight (basically all sea view rooms) get really warm during the day and there's no cooling facility-so it can get a bit uncomfortable.

Cons: The reception staff told me that it was "impossible" for me to order/have my breakfast before 7am. The pair of them were insistent! (I had to leave at 7am for my work). When I got to my room the breakfast 'door hanger' said I could have it between 6.30-7am but the reception staff still insisted that this was not possible. I completed the 'door hanger' instructions and requested 6.45 with a polite note and it arrive on the dot at 6.45!!! I believe some 'customer service' training is required for the 2 female members of the reception staff.
