Basic but clean
Clean simple good location
Very basic. No tea or coffee in room. Mattress hard
the hotel was in easy reach of leeds city center and we had a excellent room with a view
a bigger bar of soap and not having a kettle in th room even tho there was a tv !!!!
Very basic but well thought out formula,
however the environs could have been kept cleaner and as it was the cheapest hotel in Leeds on line it seems to attract people who are less considerate of other guests, loud in corridors and slamming doors continually in the wee small hours. Lots of rubbish round the steps and front doors encouraging more litter unfortunate drain smalls in corridors when they were cleaning the rooms. The heating was not effective in the room.
only the price is very attractive. each room is equipped with shower and bathroom. very cost effective.
there is no kettle in the room, if you wanna some hot tea or coffee, you always have to go to downstair to ask for it. and everything about this hotel made me feel like it is a student accommodation. i do not think i will stay here again. though the location is in city center, but it is difficult to reach some interesting area, no bars, no stores, very bad.
very good value, simple & clean rooms with really helpful staff. Would recommend.
Everything fine :)
Very well positioned for all Leeds centre locations. The staff were very helpful.
Found the room wasn't great, main issue was the strong disinfectant smell in every corner of the room.
Price and the ability to buy takeaway food from local restaurants
Hard beds. Number one issue is that it definitely needs a better mattress. Television volume control did not work. They was a 10 cm large lump of dried something on the wall. Yeuch!
