Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, with many noting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The service, particularly from the front desk and reception staff, was frequently highlighted as friendly and helpful. However, several guests were disappointed with the small room sizes and poorly maintained or cramped bathrooms. Some also felt that the value for price was not justified, especially considering the condition of the rooms and amenities. Overall, the positive aspects of location and service stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
