Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. However, many found the service lacking, citing unfriendly or unhelpful staff, especially at reception and during breakfast. While the breakfast was generally acceptable, some guests felt it lacked variety. The overall impression is positive for location and comfort, but service improvements are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
