Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, especially in challenging situations. Many reviewers also noted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, some guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be small, and there were several complaints about parking difficulties and limited elevator space. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with location, service, and cleanliness standing out.AI-generated from customer reviews
