Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious and varied, and the service from staff and owners was highlighted as warm, attentive, and helpful. However, several guests noted issues with room size, lack of air conditioning, and some outdated amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and charm of the hotel, along with its convenience, left many guests satisfied with their stay.
