Beautiful facility and location.
We were happy with the rooms until waking up cover in dog hair. Apparently the sheets were not changed :(
The swimming pool was excellent and very relaxing. The facilities and room was clean. Breakfast at the La Vista restaurant was very good.
No safe in the room. Only 2 elevators for the entire resort. We took the stairs most of the time. Very inconvenient.
We stayed in a studio. All the finished appointments appliances and furnishings were high end. However a luggage rack is needed in the room(it could easily be stored in the closet) and there should be one more comfortable chair - the only soft seating is one 3 person couch.Other than that you sit on a hard chair or stool to watch tv. My other problem,is that with a high end luxury resort, all features and amenities should be open in the height of the summer.I was disappointed that the fire pits did not operate on Sunday and the spa was closed on Monday and Tuesday. The restaurant, bar and winery are all top notch. It's a grest advantage to have these on the property.
As stated above a few more items could enhance the studio - we had to put our suitcases on the dining table! Also, all amenities should be open and running during the height of the summer.
The studio room was very convenient esp for a small family with a toddler.
People who worked there, were great. Customer service skills were excellent. Very considerate and caring. Bartender was the best. My espresso martini was perfect.. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were extraordinary.... we could see loon mountain in the background as we are breakfast, I have traveled extensively and can say This hotel and its staff were number one. Perfect in every way. No disappointment at this beautiful place.
Nothing, perfection in all ways.
